here I have 20 years’ experience in market leading Consumer brands both client & agency side. Prior to joining Starcom I was GM Consumer Marketing for Sony Electrical and previously Company Director of Olympus Imaging. Currently the CEO of Starcom Australia I am inspired by the digital disruption affecting most business and the opportunity through diversity of experience and skills to lead clients transformation.

I have worked in media and digital creative agencies and content companies for 16 years, with extensive experience in communications planning, marketing effectiveness, digital strategy, ecommerce, content and consumer insight in Europe, Australia and APAC.

Keynote Speakers

Megan Brownlow is a media and entertainment industry specialist at PwC where she performs strategy, due diligence, forecasting and market analysis work for clients.

She has over 20 years experience in media and marketing, ranging from producing television and radio programmes to designing cross-media strategies – both content and advertising – for online and traditional media properties.
Megan is the editor of PwC’s annual market-leading publication The Australian Entertainment & Media Outlook, which provides forecasts and commentary on 12 media segments covering advertising and consumer spending.

Megan was appointed Deputy Chair of Screen Australia’s Board in March 2017. Megan is also a board member of the Media Federation of Australia, an Advisory Committee member for the Bureau of Communications Research and the Research Strategy Panel for the Australia Council. She holds an Executive MBA from the AGSM, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the ANU and is a graduate of the INSEAD leadership programme.

Will leads Facebook’s efforts in Australia and New Zealand to help businesses better use Facebook to efficiently and effectively deliver against their business objectives. He is responsible for managing Facebook’s overall operations and overseeing strategic partnerships with advertisers and agencies across the region.
 
This is Will’s second stint at running the ANZ operations. He held the role as MD in ANZ for two-and-a-half years before moving to Singapore to become managing director of emerging markets (APAC) at Facebook. Before joining Facebook, William held several executive roles at Google, including Regional Director of Mobile, Asia Pacific and Director of Retail, Technology and Consumer products. He has also held positions at Microsoft and Coca-Cola.
